Return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nightdrivingglasses.co.uk. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, don’t hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. As with other returns, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@nightdrivingglasses.co.uk.
