Prescription documents
Use the secure upload step offered during lens selection whenever possible. If your selected route asks you to send prescription information later, follow the instructions attached to that order rather than sending medical or prescription documents without an order reference.
Urgent eye or driving concerns
We cannot diagnose eye conditions or advise whether you are legally fit to drive. If you have sudden changes in vision, difficulty seeing road hazards or questions about your prescription, stop driving and seek appropriate professional advice.
